Birdie [Roberta Brooks] is an incredible instructor for CPR and First Aid. She makes it easy to remember what you are supposed to do when implementing CPR. She also makes it fun. Our Penikese team was very lucky to have her come to the island and teach the staff together.
– Coco Wellington, Clinical Director – Penikese
Roberta offers CPR in a relaxed, stress free environment The class is enjoyable for all participants from the lay person learning for the first time to a healthcared professional attaining re-certification. We will absolutely continue to use her services in the future.

Being a personal trainer, I needed to be certified to renew my training certificate. Roberta made it convenient for me to do this with my busy schedule. She came to my home and certified me as an individual in CPR/AED training. It was not only convenient, but it was one on one training I had never had before. I did not feel intimidated in front of a large group and I could ask questions in a comfortable environment.

Roberta was a great help to my staff when it came to our First Aid Training! It was nice to have someone come to our school at our own convenience. The training was very reasonably priced and well put together. It met all of our needs and she would be my first recommendation to anyone looking to do a training or re-certification in First Aid and/or CPR.

I have the responsibility of training four Captains, eight Mates, three Galley and five other workers. Birdie has kept our crew up to date with CPR, First Aid and AED for the past five years now. The crew showed how well they where trained when one of our own went down with a heart issue and they used the defibrillator and he is back working. Thanks, Birdie.
